Question regarding Terms of Hosting Sites

Hiya all,

I just wanted to confirm with you guys the behaviour of a certain hosting provider.

Actually the case goes on like this :

I bought a VPS with them, and then as nowadays i dont have time to manage the VPS, i also bought Managed Services for tht VPS about 5 days ago, and well today i bought a dedicated server from those guys. My VPS is due to expire in the near future.

Now i requested my provider to provide me the same managed service that i ordered on the VPS in my this new dedicated server, in short, i wanted them to manage the dedicated server instead of my earlier VPS, and to my suprise they refused this request saying that:

"They are having different management service for VPS and dedicated servers. "

So guys im kinda confused, am i the wrong one in this case?, or do i deserve what i demanded?
