If RS says they cannot identify your email id that could mean your account has been hacked and email id has been changed. This could also be a possibility mate.

I had the same problem a year ago, when I needed a RS account. I bought the account from a respected member of a warez forum. Then after a couple of days, I recived a similar email from RS. I posted the message in the forum, and other members who also bought from the same guy, had the same problem.
AFTER 10 DAYS, HE ADMITED THAT ACCOUNTS WERE GENERATED BY A PHISHED ACCOUNT !

From whom you brought the account...ask him his if collector accounts has been taken down by RS or not ??
