I know that you wanna earn with premium accs but still its too low in my opinion.

Who is offering more than 128kb for free users?
Rapidshare? Hotfile? uploading? anyone

Filestab was not the greatest domain pick to be honest =/ I thought it was File Stab but on the site it's Files Tab lol..

Seems ok, upload speed is max for me from home PC. I haven't tried from RDP or anything else yet..
Add LibertyReserve as cashout too?

Don't pay to good, start low payments then if you earn money on this then the rate can grow.

I haven't read through everything but what speed can free users get? This is very important, they should have good speeds.
