Certain type of program?

So anyway this is a smiley from my msn, but im putting it on a t-shirt for a mates bday, pretty much for a laugh. So anyway is there a program out there that makes it looks more smoother? So you don't see any rough square edges?

Nope. When you enlarge an image you're always gonna end up with either pixels/squares or the image is gonna end up blurry.

you can do so much in photoshop, but your not gonna have any chance in hell of making it look 1080p lol.

It wouldn't look odd a-la-retro pixel-stylee if you can tidy it up a little.

The only way i can think of is find someone (or do it yourself) to redraw over it in photoshop or something but the only way you are going to get a clear version is re-creating it
