no need of 3 diff. Paypal id , you can use the same paypal on 3 diff hf acc. All u need is 3 diff mail id to register on hf.. I v been using this trick

when it comes to earning in hotfile, you need quality files and not quantity. can't say quality wins for other file hosts though.
