I belive you have to submit your download to plenty of popular sites and then earn.

Most people are Copper rank and will earn $4 from 1k downloads of 100 MB files. I'll create a list from the replies in this thread and so that everyone can benefit from it. Of course, you have to do that. But I guess that jamesrocky does not spread to all sites.
