Some of you may have noticed that VMP (VMP[dot]cc) has had A LOT of downtime. Almost 10 attacks since it opened (~1 week ago).

We're looking for a dedicated server that is DDoS Protected and in Russia or somewhere in Asia or somewhere where a black marketplace can function without any legal issues.

There is no good offshore providers who specialize in DDoS protection and mitigation. How big attacks are you getting? Besides network/hardware firewalls you will need a server side protection as well.

I have the server in AWKNet DC in the Unites States of America so I could host you there if you want. I tweaked the server for DDoS mitigation in the first place.

you need to find out what kind of DDOS this is first of all else you could be wasting all your $$.

We've had both HTTP and syn DDoS attacks but I'm pretty sure different attacks will be made.

even if you get a dedicated server with hardware firewall you still will need some one to manage your server because you still will need software based firewall.

Depending on the type of attack a hardware firewall might be useless.

If you can extend your budget to $300 per month I can probably ask around and get you hooked up with something reasonable. As you're not dealing with sea sea's directly you don't need hardcore BP setups.
