Well they need to offer Shoutcast hosting. I'm not going to install it and do all the work when tons of hosts are made just for Shoutcast. I just can't be fucked buying it from a bad one and not getting my money back as I want to pay for 3-6 months.

Installing/Managing ShoutCAST is no big problem I had tried it myself ages ago but I didn't experiment much with it.
