Thatz coz they sell adspots and they don't have many inlinks... Also, PR is for faster indexing and shit. Warez-bb is a private forum and not open for guests. trust me, they don't care about PR.

the toolbar pagerank only shows the pagerank of the website at the time of the last update, this means that fuzzyshare was ranked pr5 at the time they updated. for all we know, fuzzyshare could be ranked pr2 or pr8 now, but since they only update the tbpr twice a year (to protect their system from being figured out) we dont know what the exact pr of any site is.
