i would like to buy some Shared Offshore Hosting
Requirments:

5GB+ Space
100GB+ Bandwidth
At least 10 of each feature
1 Dedicated IP Address (This is a Must)

What i will be using the hosting for:
Simple Warez Linking Forum (Fresh Site - no visitors yet)

Conditions for me buying:
1# You Must be your own host (No Resellers)
2# You Must be hosting users for at least 3 Months
3# You need to have a site.
4# I will need to see your thread before buying (Feedback good/bad)
5# Your server needs to be based in either: Germany/Netherlands/Spain/Hong Kong

Max Budget: $6 per month - will not go up(Including Paypal Fees)
Will be Regular Customer if i will have good expierence.
