Which exchange providers r better 4 LR?

What is the procedure for it? I read on their website, but not fully understood.
I hv 2 approach money exchanger, so which is trusted for Indian customers?
Can any1 guide me pls???

Also, can i transfer my funds 2 PP/MB via some money exchanger?

But, then it will require large fees, as LR and PP will charge for the transaction and again PP and bank will charge for withdrawal...

PP don't charge anything for withdrawal except ammounts under 100$ or euro I think.
