    Default I hate WrzHosts..

    Okay. so probably wrong section, but I just hate WrzHosts. I've seen that people around KWWHunction like it. I'm gonna give it straight! I've recently had a VPS with them, they are hopeless. First off, they installed cPanel wrong, so I had to get my mate who works for another host to fix it. Secondly, I had trouble registering custom nameservers, so I asked them nicely if they could do it for me, they said yes. A day or two later I still haven't heard back from them, so I asked what's going on, you know? They said they would do it. Thirdly, they install everything shitly. Apache, cPanel etc.
    I had many other small but painful problems with them, and I looked on their homepage and it had one of their VPS's for a price that was the same price I was paying ($39.95 or so/m.o), but it was a better VPS, so I ask them about it, and they say it's because they haven't updated it, very unprofessional and unorganized, correct? Correct. So I request to get the VPS advertised for the advertised price, and they wouldn't. SO I requested a refund as I found a way better deal with a more reliable host (www.servedome.com), It took around 4 days for a Refund, and in the end they done it incorrectly and got my CC canceled because my bank thought someone was using it as fraud! (I just ignored the CC and refund issue, as it's not worth it)

    Wait, so did you or did you not get a refund?

    I am sorry for all the problems you've had with them, but at least they were decent enough to give you a refund.

    Was it past 7 days?

    If you paid with credit card, your bank wouldn't "cancel" for fraud, you can charge back.
    I believe credit cards allow you to charge back up to 3 months after purchasing items.

    Talk to your bank, if it's the story, but don't blame wrzhost for getting it canceled, I'm sure it wasn't their fault. But then again i'm not them so I wouldn't know.

    If you could provide more proof about what exactly happened, such as support ticket, emails, screenshots, etc, it would be better for people to believe your story. (not saying that you are lying!).

    Good luck with all this and I hope you find another host that does not cause you problems.

    Huh? That's not true - we only accept paypal or moneybookers - you would've opened a claim with them.

    This is just another try to get us down thread (more than likely by another host).

    We always honer our money back offer regardless, there are many people who can vouch for us (even unhappy customers).

    I would like to see all ticket logs, order invoices and paypal or money transaction numbers you have with the wrzhost staff to support your allegations.

    But I can tell from your first post and second that this isn't true.

    That's what I didn't understand. Why there is no proof when people accuse such things. (I don't even know how it's possible!) -- If it's true, it's a different story, but atleast he needs to provide proof.

    As for him being from another company, it does seem like it but i doubt it. Most people who have a bad outing with a company, and find another one, usually think that the new company is the best so advertise for awhile for them.
    So i wouldn't accuse him of being part of the company or advertising for them and lying.

    But then again, who knows!

    No it was around 5 days, they said they refunded it but they didn't.
    And im not worried about my card getting canceled. as I explained it to my bank and they understood, and replaced my credit card.

    There are many reasons for doing that. So it's not always bullshit.

    Then what you stated is wrong. you made it seem like wrzhost did something to get your CC canceled, when you canceled it yourself.
    It's a bit confusing. But just call your bank and you'll get it all fixed.

    No i dont guess if a host cant even register nameservers for a client or just do a basic setup is not a good host if the server technician in wrzhost is not able to install cpanel correctly then how are the good in any ways . Its my opinion WRZHost sucks both in support and management .Yeah if u ask 3 years ago then WRzhost is awesome as Tippie really knew want clients wanted

    Exactly, there service is bullshit, Had them for a few months and there servers up time is horrible. If I was you I'll switch they wont even give you the database even if your monthly subscription is up, They'll ask you to pay for another month so you can get the database backup. Which I think is totally Bullshit.
