Rapidshare Happy Hour 1:10 gone?

I used to enjoy Rapidshare's Happy Hour (from 2am - 10am German) where only 10% of your quota was deduced.

Today, however, I downloaded 61Gig within these hours but my 25Gb limit dwindled to 0Mb ...

So, it seems the 10% deal is gone. However, you still get 60Gb for 25Gb deduction?

Gonna start trying to download from 2am to 10am Central European Time. That's the time zone you need to go by.

I think it's just a matter of some countries moving to daylight savings time and you must have missed happy hours by an hour in the confusion.
