Some one to Block some Features in RDP - paying 10 $

I made 2 rdps on a server, and but the problem is each rdp can see the other files and can access to control panel

I'm willing to pay 10 $ for anyone who can block these features for the 2 rdp , and only the administrator ( 3rd account ) has all the features

If u are sure u can do it, please let me know
