Just turn switch off a couple of hour, client will probably contact your support to get it reactivated.
Doing backup before terminate his server can be a right thing to do, don't provide backup if the "Already Used" server remaining payments are not completed.
Then never try to contact HIS customers, this is unethical.

post in his sales thread if he doesnt reply to pm's
message giving the ip's that will go offline in 48h if the host doesnt pay the server invoice.
then shut them down and wait a few days and resel the servers, it is buisness at the end of the day

It's not unethical to let them know what is going on.
If you were on a server, and all of a sudden you got shut down, no backup, no contact with owner, wouldn't you want to atleast know what is going on?
Even Data Centers do this from time to time if they know what is going on.
You shouldn't contact them to say, oh your host is going to be terminated host with me, but tell them that the server has to shut off, give them a time, and say to backup your files or something.

gfxfire.com url4free.comShow that you're a customer service minded company by backing up his files (unless there are a lot of em) and suspending his server. This way you would still be taking charge and making him still feel the consequences of not paying but not completely terminating him.
