mysql question

ive been trying to fix up my site and im getting issues with my db with the post index i got it laggs the hell out of the mysql server once it gets up to that then in give me an error i wanna know whats this table used for if i just empty it will i be ok?

I checked mine and it is empty so Im not 100% sure. Since you have a backup anyways, just give it a try like I originally suggested.
