Which indian banks supports/generates vcc

I read some blogs and found that only hdfc provides vcc facility in india.
what about standard chartered bank?

Just HDFC gives VCCs for account holders, ICICI, Axis and someother give for just credit card holders

Transfer of money to same bank doesn't involve any fee, But to other may be charged I assume

Proposal for Internet banking requires some fixed balance, isn't it ?

HDFC , CITI , ICICI and Kotak Mahindra bank can make vcc You just need to ask the bank to activate internet banking on your account its free of charge mostly .
