The Best two alternative can and will be Money Bookers Or epassporte i have no experience about both So would like other members who have experience with them which is best Especially for Indian Webmaster.

Epassporte is good for merchants --> no chargebacks allowed

And They have official Exchangers too.

i use mb too but they have bugs sometime when uploading or withdrawing funds from card
