What VPN to use

So I am UK based which as you all know is about 1 step away from Tyrany with its newly implemented digital right bill So can anybody reccomend a decent VPN provider that I can use please

well depending on what u will be doing.......but i like to use yes hidemyass and usaip.eu as they have a multiple selection of locations to use

Thanx Mr-R-T so being UK based can I trust a UK server or should I use another country that is close to me for added protection, but will that badly hamper my speed ?
