Suppose it depends on teh person,
I voted "The internet makes us smarter" as i spend most of my time coding new projects and learning new things,
But on teh other hand ... Mah GF spends all day on Facebook and i dont think that makes her any smarter.

It really depends on what and how you use the internet. Id say just do to the large number of people who only use it for facebook, twiiter, ect that it does not make use smarter.

I guess it really depends on the person.

Depends on what you do online and what sources you read from.

Reading the wrong sources can give you false info.
