Need an advice on dedicated hosting

Hello everyone,
I've had some DMCA issues lately. Not running a warez site but running satellite tv board. We provide a platform for people that own satellite receivers and related equipment to discuss things, provide them with information and firmwares for it.
Now recently one of the encryption systems used by some satellite operators got hacked. It started first with few cards that were able to decrypt them and I got a DMCA notice forwarded by domainsbyproxy and I removed the problematic content since we are being hosting in USA.
I see you guys are mostly using NL servers for warez but the problem I see with that is that this encryption company is based in NL and so is the law firm they hire to send out DMCA notices.
Now their encryption seems to be completely busted and firmwares that decrypt it started popping out for all kinds of satellite receivers. And that would require me to remove a lot of content which isn't much of an option.

So I was hoping you could suggest some dedicated hosting that would accept this kind of content.
I've considered Shinjiru but not sure how it would work out considering most of our visitors are from Europe and that site involves files being downloaded I imagine speeds would be slow.

I'd try leaseweb.com. They simply forward all DMCA notices to you, and don't take further action (I've recieved 100's of DMCA letters), unless it's "serious", like the company is about the sue you for big $$$, but even then they usually send out warnings before suspending.

Thanks guys for your suggestions. Both hosts look interesting. Considering I am looking for a quad core cpu ultratech's silver Germany package seems more affordable. But considering they seem to be using German Netdirekt I am not sure which one of the two would be more suitable when it comes to DMCA issues.

Edit: just noticed the reply about vps9 after I finished my reply. I've checked out vps9 site earlier and their about us page doesn't give me much confidence if I know they were taken down by someone ddosing them after 7 months running.

True, true. regarding the ddos. but those were only on our VPS nodes. Our dedicated server clients are still running since

we have many satisfied clients, its a hit or a miss. but we do not issue any dmca complaints, we simply dont allow spam, kiddie porn and phishing.

I dont force people to choose my servers and my services - i provide them at the best of my ability and hope that every now and then some decides to choose me and understands the way we do business
