Looks alright but can be tweaked. You will be banned by katz if you have more than 5 buttons over all and move all buttons other than katz to the footer. The domain name is terrible for traffic.

Ok, I will definitely get a new domain but about the buttons, I want to submit to the following DDL's. How do you recommend me to put their links on my page?

Katz.CD and KatzPorn.com (2 buttons)
Pha**dll.com and Pha**porn.com (2 buttons)
Twilight.ws (1 button)
DDL0.com (1 button)

and more using, auto submitter. I'll post to the above ones manually.
