Looking for cheap & reliable hosting

So i've looked around here for a few days, and I gotta say it has barely helped me. Everything is so scattered and half the hosting companies aren't even around anymore.

OK, so I don't want to spend more then $120 USD /month and that has to include a cpanel license. The server has to be offshore that allows all the basics like warez linking and so on. The only real requirement is 2GB of ram, Bandwidth should be 500GB minimum. The rest is really up to you to offer or suggest.

I should always have the option to upgrade certain parts depending on my needs, for a reasonable price.

If anyone can recommend a reliable web hosting company that would be fine, even if it doesn't meet the requirements above.

If someone wants to split a dedicated server, that would be great. That way we could get
For the last while, I've had a VPS with wrzhost and they are great, support's always helpful and uptime is amazing for offshore. But their dedicated server prices are a little too much, seeing as they are basically worldstream.nl with an added fee.

With that said, anyone have anything to say about worldstream.nl?

world stream is a great DC but with 1 problem there getting stricked on warez linking sites

hong kong server would be best bet
but there not cheap

i can host you on my space on dedicated or my Vps
