well not offering an unmetered plan and as he states 25 gb of mp3s, i wouldnt think so... maybe i can give a plan like:

12 gb space
240 gb bandwidth

but i need to know what his budget is, + http://www.deezer.com/ used 30 gb + mp3s.

As it stands, the mp3 files would be around 20 to 25 GB, i dont know if this can be said as small..:). Obviously, they would need some place safe and reliable (and maybe cheap? relatively).
