I need help with one small aspect on a site I am constructing. I'd like to take the footer block and have it be completely custom based so that I may list DDL Site icons as well as Link Exchanges. As of now it is reading off of the skins plugins.

If you are handy with Wordpress I could really use the help, of course, I will try my best to return the favor.
