    Default Copyright...On What it is Based?

    Well,
    I want to clarify things before I make my video streaming site...
    As we all may know, warez sites get copyright problems because they provide lolz...ofc they provide copyright things...

    Well, now let's talk about a video streaming site...
    I am planning to make a megavideo streaming site where I will embed only megavideo videos... Nothing will be hosted on my server...

    Can I get copyright problems?? Now, If yes, please state why, if NO please state why...

    And Btw why youtube doesnt get problems ?

    you would get copyright problems for sure. You need is disclaimer & DMCA & contact us page. Just give the copyright guys a option to mail uso that u can remove link of the stuff they dont like.
