    Thumbs down Ultima - scammer?

    10 days ago i sent him $25 for set up my site on his server, gave him all my data, database, etc.

    Site is still not online, traffic is 0 now (was 2k) . It was newly bought site for 500$ ..

    And now he just ignore me on KWWH, and on msn. But he is online everyday.

    Conclusion: Ultima - scammer?
