Is my email hacked ?

today i opened my mail and i saw a mail from myself (i mean from my same mail id)



Also i check the header of the mail...

So is 82.119.226.55 is the ip who hacked my mail ?

Also did he hack my mail id or it is of e-mail forging ?

Also check this line in the header

, hope its email forging

am frm my college lab, so every day i cant sit on same pc.... since its a public computer it may contain virus...

Look at it this way;
If someone gained access to your account the first thing they would do is change your email password (and any financial accounts you have). Has the user who sent you the email using your ID changed your password? No. I'd recommend you to change your GMail password (Just for safety precautions).
