its been there for like over a half year..its been released but not for all countries. there was a country code for it also which i posted here a while ago

Google's One of the biggest when it comes to global net profits and if there going to make a change such as a GUI change they will first start rolling it out into certain sections of there user base! may be ip range's maybe location, maybe from stats of users such as male users etc! and they will build there data up to show if its a better GUI in regards to the users being able to search faster and more clearly!
