html markup strange error

when ever i add html markup code to usergroups this extra staff member shows up with 2 colours underneath for admin and supermoderators ?

when i remove the html markup code from the usergroup it fixes itself but i need the html markup to work.

does any 1 no what may be the problem may be or a fix ? im using vb 4.0.3
