Where do you get the streams from ... are they legal or considered warez?

As you have a DMCA note I assume the last, and in that case I don't think Google agrees you're hosting their ads on your site.

Furthermore, if I click on a category, nothing happens?

OK,
first the site is legal, as you don't give anything to download, and all the videos hosted at 3rd party servers.
I don't have any DMCA note.

The category will work.
