Requesting Refund for Template

We were trying to buy a template for a hosting company and we went to seanellisUK Who was offering his services for template making.

Template looked nice come to find out it wasn't unique like we wanted.

We asked for unique and he was using same template on a hosting service he was operating a few months back.

He promised us a refund after it was done.(Pic below)

Also after we uploaded it on two different servers, the template loaded really slow and was not prestable to our customers at all. It was just too slow to work with.. He said he would fix it but it took him too long to respond. Said he would do it but never did.. And we waited a long time. I don't see how you can do this to your customers.. Plus the template was a bunch of shit..

It looks really identical to what he made us.. It was just not what we wanted AT ALL. and he told me for a few days that we would get out money. I see that it was total bs.

All we ask for is our money and thats it..

I deleted the orginal copy he sent us a few weeks back but me & Ace had to change most or they would look identical besides the header.

We had to pretty much remove stuff because they looked so similar.. This is just not what we wanted.. How can you scam over 60$.. I dont even think that you would trip over it.. I just dont think you even have the money... Like you said you would have..
