looks good, but i would be better if you put the UPLOAD logo and the upload button/bar into a block like this:

and: you have .Gif .PNG .JPG change it to: .GIF .PNG .JPG

I agree with Blaze.. Make it waaay smaller.

And.. blue..green.. hmms, I really don't like the colors.

You still have alot to learn like

Smoother use of gradients/glossy?/better use of fonts/better use of colours/and an eye for design still more but they are the ones at the top of my head
