Looking For Free Host & Put His Banner

Hello Guys,
Its seems my current host is screwing me up.
So I thought of changing my host and the thing is I don't have money
at the moment to buy a host.
I rather would like to put a banner of the host who provides me for free.
My site contains more than 900 members and 22k+ post.
I will be very humble if any host helps me for the free service.
User visit 3.5 k Daily My site 3* in katz

We are very sorry to say that your site is taking up alot of server resources on our system. It is very high on cpu usage therefore we also had to suspend your site. I suggest going for a VPS but if someone else can provide this service for free it would be great.

Oh cummon give him a damn reason for what he can cross the cpu usage to a lot?
He is just 3 star in katz and getting 3k visitors.
Even he is not running any video script or image hosting site that your cpu usage is so high.

@Eso the reason is his forum script, that is taking alot of cpu memory. I too cannot be able to tell where exactly and what script is this on his forum that is causing this. One thing also is the cron.php that is getting alot of the CPU memory.
