It will increase slowly. Try spreading your uploads to some sites, get LE spots filled, Buy some ads on sites and your alexa rank will increase

I had bought ads a couple of times on katz and my alexa rank came till 1.4 million now At the start, it's easy to get a good rank but it becomes tough as you reach lower levels.
