Yesterday they closed one of my accounts:
Fraud detection, it appears your account was shared blah blah blah.

After writing them a series of emails and corresponding with their support, they just unlocked it for me

got back 1800 files and 28000 premium points

They closed my 2 premium accounts, and got this senseless notice. http://i42.tinypic.com/2dui9s3.jpg I can't create any new accs now generated points in my coll acc? They had around 40K FP in each of them and 1 acc had 50K PP. All got closed? Any chances of getting it back? Both acc had around 6000 files each and some 1.5 TB of storage used. :( Rating: 5

This happened a couple of times when I used several servers (rapidleech, download from home, RDP) ...

Contact them and explain ... usually after 6 hours your account is unblocked.

This happened a couple of times when I used several servers (rapidleech, download from home, RDP) ...

Contact them and explain ... usually after 6 hours your account is unblocked.

Explain that your account is not shared, but that you use different (online) locations (in other words IPs) to download.

Tell them the locations of the IPs on your log.

BTW If they suspect that your account is shared, they'll change your password at least twice before blocking it permanently.
