What the "F" is wrong with rapidshare?

i used to have a similar problem, just ask them nicely that their is a mistake and your paying a lot for rapidshare. tell them to check it at their end and fix the issue.

make your message clear and direct, don't tell them a story!


if failed, move to megaupload, i always liked megaupload anw..

Yesterday they closed one of my accounts:
Fraud detection, it appears your account was shared blah blah blah.

After writing them a series of emails and corresponding with their support, they just unlocked it for me

got back 1800 files and 28000 premium points

This happened a couple of times when I used several servers (rapidleech, download from home, RDP) ...

Contact them and explain ... usually after 6 hours your account is unblocked.
