phpbb to VB

I want to move my board (phpbb 3.0.7) to VB 3.8.5
I mean I hv over 1.2k submissions at katz dey will die currently 2* at katz...as the submitted links will die ... katz will probably remove all my submissions .and my current traffic will die..So should i ask for a rerate b4 moving or dey will consider these 1.2k submissions while rerating..

and can anyone help me ..just provide a tut...that will do .

I'm not sure but if you have over 1.2k submissions and you let them all die and get removed wouldnt katz downgrade your rating ?

and by the way
remember that when going from phpbb to vb your passwords wont transfer so you might lose members, they have to request new passwords etc,

Katz doesn't give a fuck about submissions while giving re-rate. More than 2k-3k submissions from my site has been deleted but still I'm 4*. Even if you have 1 submission for your site, you can get a new rank. Ofc they might be having logs. If katz thinks your site is worth it then you'll get your rank but if they think your site is bad then ofc they'll not give you your new *. They also know when and why you were banned. So don't worry, even if your submissions die, it wont matter.

Don't submit for a week to any ddl, you'll come to know that your site isn't getting as much traffic as before. Old submissions don't get good hits as new ones do. If they are unique, then you can submit them again.

As for moving from phpbb to vB, it's a great step. I personally like vB and I'm quite good at it also. So I say yes for moving.
