Looks okay you will need some great icons to sell that for a good price to be honest.

My suggestions:

-The gray border around the navbar and the first category, should go down and border up the whole FORUMHOME.
-I think the buttons on the top, would look better if they where centered.

One thing i like about this is that, the dark/light black. Really works well .
