Skin expands to the right?

If you visit my site http://your360stop.com pay attention to the right of the skin, it expands all the way to the right quickly but then goes back to normal?
this happens when you go to a new page like a thread etc, This is no biggy but im very picky and i would like to know if this can get fixed?
