Users (who have admin accounts) generally register as a company via BizSpark. This is a long process and it will take a long time for you to be validated. I'd suggest you to look for someone selling accounts.

Dam, and let me guess no one wants to invite people coz this is a rare kinda thing to have? Oh well.

It's not a rare thing, you can find users selling accounts on VMP, MT and WSM.

Encipher (who is a registered member on here) sells them too

Don't see why you'd want an MSDN over a technet account also.

Technet is MSDN without all the developer tools basically, far cheaper.
