I've started this but don't really have the time to do it all. Let's see if he's really that good a coder

How much for a script that scans all new posts for predefined regexs which would be a file host links, check the links against existing records that currently exists in the database, reject the post with a warning message if it currently exists and if not, accept the post but add the links to a table where they can easily be checked by an automatic link checker set to check all links periodically on a cron job. It should also have the option to reject posts that don't contain a list of predefined regex and have the option to only enable it for certain forums.

Basically it's like the Katz Terminator except for vBulletin Forums.
