1) I don't like the domain name
2) Skin is plain
3) 80+ members in a week? You invited people or members joined on their own?

Looks nice. Get a better logo and favicon. Other things are fine.

@ RK I placed a big banner on dhi-forumerz and mass mailed

nyc theme .....just do some modifications in the theme looks like custom buttons...

Add few mods
•link checker bot
•view your topics
•last topic title on index page
•SB (ur choice)
•Add a register now image or an announcement mod

just upload unique stuff
upload stuff just for your site and keep everything updated
then it should get big

The theme is too blue. And I like what n4pst3r said, try to follow it.
