Is there any one interested in group purchasing VPS (more cheaper) which is located in China mainland, city of shanghai. I can ask for a dedicated server and set up about 20 VPS for us, the chinese gov. will not care about warez link but any of porn material is forbidden, and this server will be based on Quad Core Intel? Xeon Processor, 8GB RAM,2x750~1000Go HDD Raid 1.
