    that will never happen no matter where in the world you are. when you get big enough and get the lawyers and the copyright industries on your ass and the data center doesn't comply they will cut the transits to that data center. and guess what, the datacenter will bow down and cancel the servers. you can only hide so for long..

    customer > middle man > data center > transit provider.

    eh what kind of advice are these..it doesn't take millions. you need a capital of about 3-4k to start not much.

    Who want to build a successful filehost should have a new ideas and features that no one have it before . It's hard to achieve success by imitating them .

    As for rapidshare, they were the first ones (like keytraderz said) and In order to make a site like rapidshare , we should have especially A Great Some of money and good experience in the field !
