and my account is suspended every day due hign cpu load

I guess swithing of some mods might slow down the cpu process.
Also vbseo uses a lot of resources.I am the TharkiBaba >_> Oh well thats my websites name -_-

The other big cause of CPU load is MySQL, if you have a bigger forum then it's going to be working harder keeping up with all of your users. I would recommend storing all your CSS files on the web host rather then in the database. I would also suggest storing all user pictures as files and not in the database. I personally hired someone to fully optimize my database but that cost me a lot!
If you can't or don't want to do any of those things, then I would suggest moving to a VPS, or dedicated server!?Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.?
