totally depends on your grasping skills,
btw you may get bored when learning from the w3schools at some point time..but the Lynda videos are interactive and they do include the example code which you can use.

u cannot learn php directely

first u have to learn C language

then C++

after C++ learn javascript

after then PHP will come

because C,C++ And javascript is the base of PHP

wrong, you dont at all need C and C++ for php, you can learn php easily without them, you just might need some other language for the concepts behind it

you dont trust me, you can pick up php without even touching C, just be sure to understant the concepts of php

if you learn c , you can learn others languages easily..but its not a requirement to learn other languages.
