phpkd is the best at the moment. Probably because it's the only one that's supported. These link checkers need constant updates and will wreck your head.

What sorta host are you on or can you give a link to your site. One of the main reasons Link Checkers don't work is the admins are on over sold shared hosting and they don't work right as they require a lot of resources.

Also their's no such thing as a flawless link checker. That's impossible as your relying on other sites that are our of your control.
