KWWH nor responsible for scammers?

I don't see why KWWH should have to get involved, it just gives mods more headaches having to deal with people saying "oh this person scammed me" "scammer!" blah blah.

Most deals on here are good and legit, there are just certain times where things go wrong, and unfortunately it can happen anywhere.


Most of the time deals go wrong is because 1 or the 2 parties try to scam the other person. Or it's something as dumb as, the deal is just too good to be true. So it's your own damn fault for getting into it in the first place.

For example, this whole "ultima" thing. not trying to go all into it since i don't know half the details. but it had nothing to do with KWWH and people were trying to get other people banned. and then no shit you got scammed, you gave someone like 500$!

but anyways, to get back on topic, if you get scammed, then GG. get over it, try to get your money back. If you can't, then that's unfortunate, but again most likely it's your own damn fault so you deserve it.
If you're so afraid of getting scammed, or need someone to catch the scammers for you, then you might as well shut off your computer because you fail at life. (no offense to the people who were "scammed" and it really wasn't their fault).

And also, all these excuses like "my paypal was limited" blah blah. I've been using paypal for over 3 years, never got limited once! I've never got "scammed" either. So again it's your own damn fault for using a vcc or w/e or fake info, or even that you're underage!

As KWWH offers a marketplace where buyers and sellers meet, I beg to differ. It is like Ebay would not be responsible for its sellers and would not be required to ban / investigate its sellers. A simple 'the deal was made outside KWWH' is IMHO not justified. Rating: 5

KWWHunction is a community, we provide a service for webmasters to talk and discuss different things, if they choose to make deals, that's none of our business, because we don't take part of it or take fees for it, it's as simple as that.

Why don't you go blame Mircosoft for deals made on MSN? or Google for deals made through GMail accounts?

Point is clear, hope you understand it by now.

We have a set of rules in market place section, read them and follow them, if you don't like how it's done in KWWHunction then my suggestion is don't make any deals here, it's as simple as that.

KWWHunction is not a shopping store, it's a discussion forum, you can discuss deals here, but the deal itself is not done by KWWHunction, it's just a discussion.. so in short term, use your web smart.

if you can't figure out that a deal is fishy, that's your own fault. (i kind of clearly stated that before).


you guys are even lucky KWWH puts a section for that, they don't have to. if you keep bugging them they can just remove the section and ban all sales at all. which would suck for alot of the people who get good deals.
