Set up the code in an index1.html changed so I can look at what it is creating.

hmm that will be tricky, lol coz i use php codes, so if i edit one file like header.php it changes in all, anyways i will just take a backup and add it to another folder and will change it on that.

You have tons of css errors . Just too many. If we fix one it will cause another.
Go through the list and see what you can do but I would tell whoever wrote that skin for you to fix it.

instead of using a div for your logo try using absolute or relative postioning this may fix the problem displying the logo in different browsers
